Pregnancy exercises are really important for your and baby’s wellbeing. What better exercise than yoga. This pregnancy yoga class allows you to give yourself this 1 hour of calm and relaxation. Simple chants, stretching and breathing exercises in the class provides comfort and peace to both you and baby.
During the class we would discuss our problems and experiences which was really beneficial. My favourite time was the 15 min shav aasan with meditation. When you struggle to sleep at night , these 15 minute’s are like a power nap.
The breathing exercises really helped me during labour and delivering the baby.
