Programs:

We are conducting sessions in Hindi and English both languages.We conduct year round session at our studios located in Gurgaon and Jaipur. Class size is limited to twenty five students, each class encompasses Asanas Pranayamas, Meditation and Relaxation. Students maintain schedule of weekday classes either morning , noon & evening batches. The specific curriculum is varied continuously to ensure that students receive broad and deep instruction over the time .Individual needs are discussed with consultants upon joining and individual instructions are incorporated as needed. Classes are taught in the traditional Yoga style and good pace is maintained throughout in a manner suitable for both beginners and experienced practitioners.

Daily Yoga Session:

We conduct Yoga sessions weekday including Yogasana, Pranayama, Kriya and Meditation based on Hatha Yoga. We teach yoga with proper alignment, step by step for all levels This is the place where you will get individual attention. We have nice Yoga Floor where you will feel positive energy, which will make you fresh and energetic.

Yogic cleansing session: 

We conduct Kunjal, Laghushakha Prakshalana, Jal-neti, Rubber-neti or Nasya, Eye wash for all types of respiratory, digestion and vision related problems.

Yogic meditation session:

Basic and Advance Meditation Training Course specially on Saturdays. We have experienced and certified master yoga teachers who teaches traditional yoga based on scientific values. So you can develop body -mind coordination and a perfect workout for Body mind and soul.

Kids Yoga session:

Saturday for kids yoga classes with play way method to give them perfect workout for body, mind and soul for their better future.(on Prior appointment)
