Yoga for Exam Warriors 

We are all now in exam season, and now all students, or all exam warriors are under the stress of these exams. While this stress is beneficial to an extent, over-stressing can be harmful. As a cure for this stress, practicing Yoga with full awareness for young Exam Warriors, is one of the most effective methods, while being one of the easiest. 

Devoting some time each day, preferably in the morning to Yoga, positively impacts memory, concentration, and confidence. Yoga builds mental & intellectual strength, and with Yoga, Exam Warriors can be better prepared for their studies, and be more confident in life.

So, here we are, to relieve you of your study-pressure and stress in a yogic way, and to enable you to pass stress free exams, guaranteed to increase your focus.

Basic Yoga for Exam Warriors →

  • Tadasan Breathing-

Helps release stress, stretch your body, and activate your pituitary gland,  resulting in increased concentration and elephant memory.

Helps rejuvenate your body with positive energy and increase flexibility.

  • TREE pose : Helps to improve focus and strength of the body and relax your stress-related stiffness.
  • Butterfly Posture-

Exams are synonymous to long-sitting hours, thus this exercise helps strengthen pelvic muscles, and gastric health.

  • Pawanmuktasana-
  • Helps release stress and many digestive issues like acidity, gastric troubles, etc.
  • Lumber Stretch Exercise- 
  • Enhances spinal cord flexibility, increasing study-stamina.
  • Omkar Chanting- Improves concentration and releases stress. Practice 5 times daily to avail best benefits.
  • Kapalbhati Kriya- To increase oxygen levels and accentuate brain power. Practice 2 times daily.
  • Anuloma viloma pranayama-

Relaxes the sympathetic nervous system and improves focus and memory powers. 

  • Bhramari Pranayama-  Chanting ‘Humming sound in sitting pose with closed ears makes good resonance. Releases stress and aids good sleep. Practice 5 times.

Food Guidelines for Exam Warriors →

  • Never skip Meals- This is by far one of the most important guideline for all exam-givers. Skipping meals will never get you a few extra marks, instead might leave you under-nourished.
  • Drink plenty of water- Always stay hydrated. Drink at least 1-2 litres per day.
  • Sleep for 6 hours daily- Late-night or early morning revisions may be effective for some, but 6 hours sleep daily is a must to rejuvenate the body and heal it from fatigue.
  • Healthy Snacking- While junk food may attract you, always ry to snack healthy. Have crunchy snacks like roasted makhanas, dry fruits, nuts, grapes and khakhras to activate your brain and decrease stress.

Amongst these guidelines,  the most important yet most forgotten one is to Smile. Smiling is the easiest way to destress your mind. So, don’t forget to smile, believe in yourself, work hard doing your best, and follow our guidelines. All the Best!😀
