CLOVES:-
Cloves are used in Indian cuisine for their rich flavour and spicy aroma. They’re commonly used in a variety of Indian meals.
It pacify vata and kapha and aggravate pitta dosha.Cloves can also take during pregnancy and lactation.Kids can take 1-2 grams of clove daily, 1- 2 drops of clove oil per day.

1.Digestion and acidity: Have 1/2 crushed clove to pacify pitta and good digestion.


2.Dry throat:-chew 1 clove for sore or dry throat,cold and cough.

4. Asthma :- Boil a glass of water by adding half clove and Tulsi leaves and have it first drink of the day.

6. Prevents nausea (travel) :- Keep only 1/2 clove in your mouth.The aroma of cloves bring an immediate stop to vomiting.
