Sesame seed benefits: beautiful tiny little seed full of health, goodness and taste

It can be black or white , red or brown but  best is black seed after white.

In every winters every Indian household has  a culture to have til in their food like sweets, namkeen, foods and mukhwas too.

It calms vata and kapha and slightly increases pitta. It is an excellent laxative. It helps to strengthen the bones, muscles and joints as it contains rich amount of calcium.

One tablespoon of sesame seeds contains 52 calories with 4 grams of fat, 2 grams of protein, 1 gram of carbohydrate. A few milligrams of calcium, manganese, magnesium, and iron are also present in those little seeds.

Stronger bone and joints: Calcium and zinc deficiencies lead to conditions like Osteoporosis, which is a bone condition where the bone mass decreases due to lack of minerals. Have a little teaspoonful in your meal or just sprinkle on your meal. It improves bone deficiency.

For good heart health : sesame seeds contains natural polyunsaturated fat and sesame compound which is found in sesame oil. They provide a natural cure and prevent fluctuation of blood pressure and cholesterol deposition..

Or you can mix it in your mukhwas (after meal saunf), with jaggery so it can make it smoothening to the body.
